Dibble ball while at the free throw line
To dribble the ball at the foul line hit the square button before shooting the ball.
Make the computer toss the ball out of bounds
While the computer is passing the ball from one half of the court to the other press start and wait about 3-5 seconds. Then unpause it and the ball should go out of bounds. This will not happen all the time only if you time it just right.
