Before you can use any of these codes you need to go into the "Video/Audio" menu. Select "Advanced" and on the right-hand side select "Console". Now, when you play the game you can hit the ~ button to access the console. From the "Console" enter one of the following codes:

give all ..........All weapons and Items
health 100 ........Restore health
noclip ............No clipping mode
notarget ..........Disable enemy AI
eventlist......... Display console commands
